How to purchase credits
Step 1:
Select your preferred credit plan here.
Step 2:
Proceed to checkout
Make sure you are logged in or sign up for a new account
*Remember to read our plan policy before checking the check box
Proceed to Payment
Select "Buy Now" to proceed to payment page
Step 3:
Make Payment
Make payment via your preferred payment method
Successful purchase
A thank you page will appear after a successful purchase, and you're done!
How to use credits
Step 1:
Select a workshop that corresponds to your purchased credit plan
Step 2:
Select your preferred timeslot
Proceed to Book
Select "Next" to make payment via credit plan
Step 3:
Client Details
Make sure you are logged in to the same account used to purchase the credit plan
Enter your details, and the number of participants or leave a note for our team
Payment
Remember to select your credit plan under "Payment". Only applicable plans will be shown in the dropdown menu.
Checkout
Select "Book Now" to check out
Step 4:
Booking Confirmation
A thank you page will appear after a successful booking, and you're done!
You will also receive a booking confirmation email
Take Note!
Check the workshop's name, date, and time booked
Amount reflected in the booking should be $0
Payment method should reflect your credit plan
